Midwest Pixel Fest is a gaming, cosplay and pop-culture convention coming to Emporia, Kansas in 2027.
Midwest Pixel Fest brings gaming, cosplay, creators, collectors, artists, vendors, tournaments, and community together for a weekend-long celebration in Emporia, Kansas.
This is not a borrowed big-city template. It is a regional floor built for the people who already drive across state lines for a good con — and for the locals who have been waiting for one of their own.

Sell at Midwest Pixel Fest
Vendor and artist applications will open as the 2027 weekend is locked. Booths, tables, and artist alley spots are being planned for independent makers, game shops, collectible sellers, and original art.
Vendor application
Retail, collectibles, toys, games, and specialty goods. Space assignments and rates will be published when applications go live.
Artist application
Prints, originals, commissions, and handmade work. Artist alley is part of the show, not an afterthought.
